Did you miss us? We've been MIA for quite a while (um...a little over a year and a half!!!) I know, quite horrible on my part. With all due respect, it has been a bit crazy (move from NY to Atlanta, completion of Manu's residency & start of his fellowship, etc. etc.), but I finally decided to get my act together and get back to blogging. We are long overdue...
